In continuation to order No. 58-Acctts of 2024 dated 20.06.2024 and as recommended by the J&K Services Selection Board vide their No. referred to above, sanction is hereby accorded to the deputation of the below mentioned candidates for undergoing one year's ACC training in the Northern Zonal Accountancy Training Institute, Jammu/Accountancy Training Institute, Srinagar, as indicated against each. s. Academic/Technical Qualification Certificate. ii. Date of Birth Certificate. iii. Health Certificate issued by Competent Authority. iv. v. Permanent Resident Certificate/Domicile Certificate. Relevant Category Certificate, if any, applicable. ~~ ~ /l J- I Vi. The appointee shall furnish an undertaking in the shape of an affidavit, that if the candidate has taken loan for self employment from DIC/Employment Department, to be ascertained from the District Industries Centre (DIC) and District Employment & Counselling Centre of the Domicile District, he/she shall relinquish the proprietorship of the unit/enterprise and also stakes, if any, in such self employment unit/enterprise before joinin_g the Government Service. He/she shall be required to repay the entire loan liability in suitable EMis to be worked out by the ODO concerned from his/her salary. ODO concerned shall obtain an affidavit from the concerned appointee regarding both relinquishment of proprietorship and stakes, if any, in such a self employment unit/enterprise and recovery to be made and also personally monitor its recovery. In case any selectees fail to join within the stipulated period of 21 days, their appointment shall stand cancelled without any further notice. The appointment shall further be subject to the following conditions:- Verification of all requirted certificate viz Academic Qualification Cert_ificate, Date of Birth Certificate, Health Certificate, Permanent Resident Certificate/Domicile Certificate, Category Certificate, if any, applicable, to be carried-out by the Principals of the Accountancy Training Institutes. If on verification, any certificate is found fake or forged, the appointment of such a candidate shall be deemed to have been cancelled ab-initio and the legal action as warranted under rules shall be initiated against him/her. During one year's ACC training, Apprentice Accounts Assistants shall be entitled to stipend as admissible under rules. The stipend shall not be drawn and disbursed to them unless a satisfactory report in respect of above condition is received. After successful completion of one year's ACC training in Northern Zonal Accountancy Training Institute Jammu / Accountancy Training Institute, Sriangar, they shall be formally placed as Accounts Assistant in Pay Level-5. Their services shall be regulated under the "Rules for Admission in the Accountancy Training Institute for the various Accountancy Courses and Examinations thereof" laid down in Schedule XI of J&K CSRs Vol-II and "J&K Subordinate Accounts Service Rules".
