The Philippines also ranked 105th when it came to having an independent judiciary THE JUSTICE SYSTEM CORRUPTION IN THE SUPREME COURT When it comes to corruption, the World Economic Forum has ranked the Philippines as 95th out of 140 countries. According to Transparency International, the Philippines is 111th out of 180 countries in terms of corruption (Masigan, Andrew 2018).
