Scope: The scope is applicable of all type of cooling tower in the Fresh Division. Responsibility: Utility Operator – Responsible Operation of Cooling tower as per the SOP. Water level must be maintained above the mechanical float level. 2.5 Add chemical to cooling tower water on a daily and weekly basis, as specified by the supplier, for cooling tower water treatment purposes. 2.6 Water from the cooling tower is blown down to maintain the appropriate water quality.
