WITH EXISTING UNIT FIREARMS AND AMMUNITIONS STORAGE? 2. ARMORY CONSTRUCTED/ MADE OF CONCRETE, STEEL, COMMERCIALLY PURCHASED OR A COMBINATION THEREOF 3. ARMORY DOOR MADE OF SOLID STEEL, METAL SHEET OR A COMBINATION THEREOF 4. ARMORY DOOR WITH SIGNAGE SIMILAR TO “DO NOT ENTER, AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL ONLY” or “AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL ACCESS ONLY” 5. LOCK MECHANISM, SPECIAL OR INDUSTRIAL GRADE TYPE 6. WITH FIREARMS RACK, MADE OF WOOD OR STEEL 7. PERSONNEL ACCESS SHALL BE LIMITED TO a. Regional Office i. Logistics ii. RSAO b. Jail Units i. Warden ii. Unit SAO 8. ARMORY SHALL ONLY STORE a. Firearms only b. Ammunitions only c. Both Firearms and Ammunitions 9. UNIT ARMORY LOCATED AT: (either of the following) a. Inside the Regional Office b. Inside the Jail Admin Building/ Office c. Inside the Warden’s Office d. Inside the Personnel Barracks e. Such other areas that are strictly off-limits to PDL 10. ARMORY STRICTLY OFF-LIMITS TO PDL 11. WITH ARMORY RECORD BOOK REFLECTING DAILY OR WEEKLY MONITORING “Changing Lives, Building a Safer Nation” 12. WITH SAFETY DISCHARGE BOX WITHIN THE UNIT 13. WITH FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM OR AT LEAST FIRE EXTINGUISHER NEAR THE ARMORY 14. WITH EXISTING STAND BY FIRST AID-KIT 15. WITH ADEQUATE LIGHTING: : (either of the following) a. LED light b. Incandescent light bulb white 16. WITH ADEQUATE VENTILATION a. If with exhaust fan, reinforced with safety grills or metal screen 17. WITH CCTV MONITORING OR CCTV MONITOR FACING TOWARDS ARMORY ENTRANCE 18. WITH VISIBLE SIGNAGE “THIS AREA IS UNDER 24-HOUR VIDEO SURVEILLANCE” 19. IN CASE OF LOSS OF ARMORY STORED - FIREARMS a. Complied with the provisions of BJMP SOP: CONSOLIDATED POLICIES ON GOVERNMENT ISSUED FIREARMS 20. IN CASE OF LOSS OF ARMORY STORED - AMMUNITIONS a. Regional/ Unit SAO Report b. Jail Warden Report c.
