SGs should continuously patrol the food aisle to prevent food theft (food grazing) on the floor. 2. SGs should primarily patrol the apparel and hazmat aisles to prevent Code-5 losses. 3. SGs should be aware of HRV criteria and immediately inform the control room if HRV ASINs are found in non-HRV aisles to prevent Code-5 losses. **Scrap Moment process:** 1. While scraping corrugates need to observe all box’s is opening all seals 2. Observe dock movement properly (TDR, Gate pass, PPE, Safety belt) 3. Scrap cage have two entrance door's ensure one all way's close while doing scrap process 4. Need to ensure properly load only SLP checked scrap materials 5. If any inventory IS going for scrap need to confirm on Mail, TT (Damage dispose). 6. Garbage and other bag’s (which was not able to open) need to do Proper check with HHMD. If found any buzzer need to sideline it and inform to Sup ‘splt. **B2B and B2C Shipments proper counting and observation** 1. Loaner, vendor & visitor cards issue process 2. Badge reconciliation 3. Ensure to updated new appeals and assets in quip 4. Ensure and proper documentation of security records/ Register/File and Formats 5. Material movement process (RGP & NRGP ) **BGV (background verification)** 1. Driver details (Driver L & Mobile no ) 2. Vehicle details : (vehicle no & vendor name ) **Pre-checking process:** 1. Ensure to vehicle six side checking, if found any deviation need to escalate a mail 2. Need to take driver and co-driver mobile numbers 3. Ensure to check the bolt seals and TSS lock while the vehicle is out. 4. While entering inside the FC need to inform to AA for remove all metal things. 5. While exit of the 1B vehicles visual inspection shall carry out by the SG **DFMD screening:** 1. DFMD screening 2. Food grazing 3. Mobile sticker 4. Login Id misuse 5. Login Id misuse **On arrival ensure proper handing over and taking over the duties** 1. Review the post order before starting the shift. 2. Ensure one vehicle at one dock door only. 3. Ensure only authorized person will complete the TDR process 4. Need to do HRV Inward audit, if found any discrepancy report to Control room specialist. 5. Regular update of HRV receiving format 6. If reported any suspect theft vehicle. 7. Need to do 6 side checking properly. 8. Need to check bolt seals. 9. Need to do manual reconciliation. After reconciliation bolt seals, challan paper, gate pass and vehicle key's handover to control room 10. Hold the vehicle if any requirement of driver for the investigation. **HRV** 1. On arrival ensure proper handing over and taking over the duties. 2. HRV criteria 3. Epmty tote audit and bin audit. 4. If any AAs pick overage ASINs, shortage ASINs, or damaged totes, ensure to escalate via email and the Chime group. **Employ in gate (PD gate)** 1. On arrival ensure proper handing over and taking over the duties. 2. Review the post order before starting the shift. 3. Check the post for cleanliness and perform any post maintenance required to maintain a safe and presentable work area. 4. On duty security guard shall logged all the vehicles entry coming inside the main gate. 5. Security guard shall carried out basic security check at the Main gate employee/associates ID cards, Cab driver details, truck/ trailer movements etc. 6. On reasonable suspicions the duty security guards shall confirm the from the main gate regarding truck movements. 7.
