We are responsible for providing protection to all personnel and installation facilities alongside their assets to ensure their safety from any threats. Our duties are vital in the defense of the Foundation as a whole, hence the importance for everyone in the department to be trained in discipline, combat, and other aspects involving situational awareness/response. §2 - Department Ethics ====================== §2.1 - Expectations ------------------- Security personnel are at all times representing the department as a whole, and must be mindful of their conduct. Security is forbidden from any type of toxicity, harassment, or behavior deemed as undesirable, even if such is done against a Class-D. §2.2 - Combative Jurisdiction ----------------------------- Base SD is mainly stationed in the CDCZ, Site Phi, and the Clean Rooms. "Base SD" refers to SDs who are not on a subdivisional team on site. Refer to this [**[sheet]**](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1bFRQgvp4rEpnMKvFUvJHMqp_oZP50FogqtIWMhNTlAg/edit?usp=sharing) for more information about permissions. The Security Response Unit is mainly tasked with riot response, hostage situations, and other emergency-type situations. SRU holds top authority in the CDCZ, especially during Protocol Breakout. The Military Police hold top authority over Clean Rooms and are responsible for the security of the roads, law enforcement, evacuation procedures, and any procedure that involves the safety of the public. The Combat Support Unit is mainly positioned within the CDCZ, but can be almost anywhere on site where combat is occurring, providing medical, tactical, and overall support assistance. §2.3 - Routine Responsibility ----------------------------- This section clarifies the responsibilities of department members. These may be changed during emergencies, protocols, or under command discretion. - Cadets *are expected to guard the Clean Rooms and Site Phi, ensuring there is at least one unit in each.* - Agents *shall guard the Class D Containment Zone, following the positioning hierarchy.* - Guards *shall support the responsibilities of Agents if they aren't fulfilled efficiently/sufficiently (i.e. CDC Understaffed). If the responsibilities are handled sufficiently, Guards should guard other areas across the site, including Phi, Clean Rooms, Installation Command, or Epsilon in the physical absence of MTF, but are not allowed in HCZ; Guards should spread themselves accordingly.* - Sentries *shall support the responsibilities of Agents & Guards. If these are handled sufficiently, Sentries may patrol and sweep manholes, caves, and tunnels. Sentries should avoid remaining in CDC manhole areas for prolonged periods of time without reason.* - Specialists *and higher shall proactively coordinate security operations, deploying security around the installation, handling administrative issues, advising lower ranking members, making decisions in site protocols/lockdowns, etc. The highest ranking member shall take command but may assign others to do so.* Permissions may be overridden by higher ranks. *(i.e. Between a Sentry and a Guard, the first may override the perms of the other.)* §3 - Ranks & Requirements ========================= Refer to this [**[sheet]**](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1bFRQgvp4rEpnMKvFUvJHMqp_oZP50FogqtIWMhNTlAg/edit?usp=sharing) for more information about the responsibilities and privileges of SD ranks. +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ | | - | +===================================+===================================+ | |  **Security | | | Cadet** | | | | | | - | +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ | | **Security Agent** | | | | | | - - | | | | | |  **Security | | | Guard** | | | | | | - - - | | | | | | **Security Sentry** | | | | | | - - - | +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ | |  **Security | | | Specialist** | | | | | | - | +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ | | **Security Corporal** | | | | | | - | +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ | |  **Security | | | Officer** | | | | | | - - | +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ | | **Security Lieutenant** ***\|** | | | SC-3* | | | | | | - | +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ | |  **Chief of | | | Security** *\[Max:2\]* ***\|*** | | | *SC-4* | | | | | | - | +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ | | **Security Overseer** *\[Max: 1\] | | | \| O5 Council* | +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ §3.1 - Promotion Points ----------------------- Promotion points is the primary way used for tracking performance for the purposes of Senior Member Promotions (Guard/Sentries). They are mostly based on your total on-site time. Using that as a base, alongside the following: - *Bonuses (+)* - *Consistent activity since you became an Agent (+)* - *Long duration of employment as an Agent (+)* - *Recommendations (+)* - *Penalties (-)* - *Too low activity compared to your duration of employment as an Agent (-)* - *Disciplinary, criminal, and traffic records (-)* If these drop below the requirements, you may be demoted back. Promotion points are calculated using rather complex formulas that require certain values to be evaluated by command members. Best way to increase these is by playing the game as SD. §3.2 - Events ------------- +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ |  | *These are voluntary events for | | | newly introduced members, | | | covering multiple vital | | | information that security should | | | be aware of, such as Phi and CR | | | handling, alongside scenarios.* | | | | | | *Interns & Cadets may attend\ | | | * | | | | | | **Specialized Procedures | | | Seminars**\ | | | *These cover most topics related | | | to specialized events, such as | | | test escorting, Red Heron | | | procedures, evacuation | | | procedures, and Purple Reign | | | procedures. The host will select | | | what to cover.* | | | | | | *Intern+ may attend* | | | | | | **CDC Procedures Seminars**\ | | | *These showcase how to properly | | | deal with CDCZ procedures, by | | | information like termination | | | criteria, lockdowns, CDCZ | | | handling, alongside Breakouts and | | | other procedures Agents are | | | familiar with.* | | | | | | *Cadet+ may attend* | | | | | | **Combat Scenarios / Trainings**\ | | | *These are non-required events | | | that are hosted for the sake of | | | entertainment, combat training, | | | or others - these are fully up to | | | the host and are considered a | | | miscellaneous event.* | | | | | | *Intern+ may attend* | | | | | | **Cadet** **& Agent Examinations\ | | | ***These are promotional events | | | in which members are tested on | | | their capabilities via quizzes | | | and scenarios they will commonly | | | encounter/handle, covering all | | | the info they'd require to know | | | in order to fulfill their duties | | | for the rank they wish to | | | achieve.\ | | | Intern/Cadet may attend | | | respectively* | +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ §3.3 - Academy -------------- +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ | | In order to rank up within SD to | | | achieve the rank of Agent, you | | | will be required to pass the SD | | | Academy. | | | | | | The SD Academy is considered the | | | period between Intern and Agent | | | someone is required to pass in | | | order to acquire the rank of | | | Agent, and this one is managed | | | purely by the Training & | | | Education Squad, which is in | | | charge of hosting the respective | | | events of the academy. | +===================================+===================================+ | In order to pass the academy, one | | | must first off attend a Cadet | | | Examination, which is known as | | | CE. In this one, Interns are | | | tested on all information and | | | knowledge they require to be a | | | Cadet, such as SCP handling, FP | | | handling, Phi & CR duties, | | | dealing with protocols, and more. | | | | | | After they pass a Cadet | | | Examination, Interns may request | | | a promotion to Cadet (If they | | | were not referred to Retraining | | | (RT) before being promoted) and | | | then will require to have 8 total | | | hours on-team and will also need | | | to pass an Agent Examination, | | | which covers Agents duties. | | | | | | There is, however, a policy; the | | | Academy Exile Policy:\ | | | Anyone who fails 4 Examinations | | | in their time in the academy will | | | be exiled from SD for 2 weeks. | | | This count does not reset by | | | passing examinations, | | | discharging, or any other way | | | that isn't rejoining after being | | | exiled due to this policy.\ | | | \ | | | *Academy Tracker:* [[\[T&E - | | | Academy | | | Tracker\]]](https://d | | | ocs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1bi | | | Tb-nzhD76KCVvdxkyImrJvlFiVdA6nNNn | | | gLIa7wSo/edit?gid=0#gid=0)*\ | | | Academy Weekly Schedule:* | | | [[\[SCPF - T&E Weekly | | | Schedule\]]](https:// | | | docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/10 | | | u3eLavii_bVK82GcFOHqwUtCiFnsQIYmE | | | wJ9WwgJeg/edit?gid=1595107890#gid | | | =1595107890) | | +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ §4 - Subdivisions ================= +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ |  | Combat Support Unit *\[Cap: 90\]* | | --------------------- | | +===================================+===================================+ | | The Combat Support Unit is | | | responsible for acting as a | | | support unit, providing others | | | with medical assistance, and | | | resupplies, alongside dealing | | | with biohazards whenever required | | | to.\ | | | \ | | | *To apply for CSU you must be a | | | Security Agent+.* | +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ | | | +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ | | Military Police *\[Cap: 50\]* | +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ | | The Military Police is | | | responsible for maintaining order | | | and enforcing laws and | | | regulations in the installation. | | | They play a vital role in | | | ensuring the smooth operation of | | | the site and can assist with | | | investigations, providing | | | escorts, patrolling highways, | | | guarding anomalies, and other | | | operations.\ | | | This unit places a strong | | | emphasis on enforcing | | | regulations, and works closely | | | with the Ethics Committee.\ | | | \ | | | *To apply for MP you must be a | | | Security Agent+.* | +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ | | | +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ | | Security Response Unit *\[Cap: | | | 40\]* | +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ | | The Security Response Unit is | | | responsible for responding to | | | riots and engaging hostile | | | personnel within the | | | Foundation\'s facilities. They | | | have access to a wide arsenal and | | | extra tools in order to quickly | | | and effectively bring peace to a | | | given situation. The Security | | | Response Unit specializes in | | | quick mobilization and special | | | tactics & drills to ensure that | | | the aforementioned tasks are | | | succeeded.\ | | | \ | | | *To apply for SRU you must be a | | | Security Guard+, and have at | | | least 40 hours of activity.* | +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ | | | +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ | | Training & Education Squad | | | *\[Cap: N/A\]* | +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ | | The Training & Education Squad is | | | responsible for the training and | | | education of newly inducted | | | members, doing so by hosting | | | events and overseeing the | | | promotional process from Intern | | | to Agent.\ | | | They hold full jurisdiction over | | | all Interns and Cadets and are | | | the main hosting body within SD.\ | | | \ | | | *This is currently a discord-only | | | subdivision and does not count | | | towards the divisional cap.*\ | | | *To apply for T&E, you must be a | | | Security Agent or above.* | +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ §5 - Command Authority ====================== While in-game, security is expected to follow orders from both superiors and specialized units with permission to handle such orders. These types of authorities are as follows: **Command authority** is acquired by any Specialist+, and shall be used to coordinate the department, be this for security measures & operations, both in-game and administratively. **Jurisdictional Authority** is acquired by the following groups for the reasons specified: - - - --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The **Mobile Task Forces** have authority over departmental members or efficiency involving high-profile combat situations (i.e. raids, riots), recontainment procedures, interactions with anomalies, and protection of MTF duties such as guarding (i.e. VIPs, Site Epsilon). --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The priority list of these goes as follows: ***Jurisdictional Authority** can only be superseded by **Security Lieutenants** and above;* ***Jurisdictional Authority** supersedes the authority of the **Mobile Task Forces**;\ (Except CSU's Jurisdictional Authority)* ***Command Authority** supersedes **General Authority.*** §6 - Equipment ============== +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ | Basic Tools | | +===================================+===================================+ |  | *These stop the bleeding process. | | | A Field Bandage can be used as a | | | substitute medical tool when | | | CSU/MD/F-2 are unavailable. Field | | | Bandages can be refilled using | | | medkit stations around the | | | Installation.* | | | | | | Ballistic Shields\ | | | *These block bullets and are | | | commonly used for strategic | | | pushes/entry tactics.* | | | | | | Riot Shields\ | | | *These come with batons and are | | | tools used for riot control. They | | | cannot harm team members and stun | | | targets for a few seconds. | | | Pressing B while having the riot | | | shield equipped bangs the baton | | | against it. Only use this | | | functionality to encourage Class | | | D to obey orders, as they do not | | | block bullets.* | | | | | | Pepper Spray\ | | | *This one can be used as riot | | | control or for combat in confined | | | areas. It's a great tool to stun | | | Class D personnel storming the | | | line without causing crossfire. | | | It slows down and blinds the | | | affected. Pepper spray may not be | | | used through doors and walls.* | +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ | | Hostile Behavior Inhibitor (HBI)\ | | | *This one is used to SC CDs. To | | | use it, the CD must be DFSC; | | | security is to approach the CD, | | | hold click on this one (Even if | | | the CD is downed) while holding | | | the HBI (Like ziptying) and the | | | CD will receive this one and will | | | lose it after 10 minutes. This | | | one makes it so CDs cannot | | | utilize any weapon, and beeps if | | | the CD leaves Omicron.* | +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ | Grenades | | +===================================+===================================+ | ***Smoke Grenade\ | Security has access to 3 types of | | **& **\ | throwable grenades at their | | Flashbang*** | disposal.\ | | | Security may deploy grenades at | | ***Tear Gas*** | their discretion and must avoid | | | friendly fire. | | | | | | - **Smoke Grenade\ | | | ***Smoke Grenades are | | | accessible to all SD, and are | | | useful during stalemates. | | | They deploy a smoke cloud | | | around the area they are | | | thrown to, serving as a | | | visual barrier. Good for | | | pushes.\ | | | * | | | | | | - **Flashbang\ | | | ***Flashbangs are a grenade | | | accessible to all SD, and are | | | useful for temporarily | | | disabling hostiles.\ | | | Flashbangs blind and slow | | | enemies for approximately 3 | | | seconds, leaving them | | | vulnerable.\ | | | Flashbangs do not affect | | | those wearing Anti-Flash | | | goggles/glasses.\ | | | * | | | | | | - **Tear Gas\ | | | ***Tear Gas can be purchased | | | from the SD Vendor. It has | | | the same range and style as | | | Smoke Grenades, but has an | | | effect similar to riot foam; | | | stunning, slowing, and doing | | | passive damage to those hit.\ | | | It should be used to retake | | | areas controlled by hostiles | | | or as an area denial tool.* | +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ | Taser | | +===================================+===================================+ |  | Tasers are weapons that can force | | | personnel to be immobile on the | | | floor for about 5 seconds.\ | | | \ | | | The taser may be used for the | | | following purposes: | | | | | | - *Apprehension/immobilization | | | of CDs for tactical/combat | | | advantage;* | | | | | | - *The target is a rogue member | | | of the Foundation;* | | | | | | - *Issuing warning shots.* | +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ | Zipties | | +===================================+===================================+ | | Zipties can be seen as a detain | | | tool, and are primarily used by | | | Security Agent+ to Solitary | | | Confine Class-D.\ | | | \ | | | Security Cadets may only use | | | these if authorized by SRU | | | Operative+, **R8 Agent+**, or SD | | | Officer+. | | | | | | - *Cadets may bypass | | | authorization to use zipties | | | if such is done to detain | | | rogue personnel within Phi or | | | CR.* | +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ | Ziptie Controls | | +===================================+===================================+ |  | [Loose Mode] | | | | | | *Detained users can walk around | | | within a radius of the detainer | | | but will be pulled back if they | | | go too far.* | | | | | | [Stow ] | | | | | | *Ziptied personnel will be placed | | | into the nearest seat highlighted | | | with the sit prompt ( or jump | | | from the seat they\'re currently | | | in )* | | | | | | [Select ] | | | | | | *Selected people can have the | | | below actions applied to them. | | | Their name will be outlined in | | | purple.\ | | | * | | | | | | [Strict Mode] | | | | | | *Ziptied personnel cannot move at | | | all and are dragged wherever the | | | detainer goes.* | | | | | | [Disarm] | | | | | | *Ziptied personnel will lose all | | | contraband and weaponry.* | | | | | | [Freeze] | | | | | | *Ziptied personnel cannot move at | | | all.* | +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ | *Security may utilize their | | | zipties to [transport | | | CDs] for [tests,or | | | events,], or when | | | apprehending Foundation Personnel | | | that are trespassing [within CR | | | or CDCZ,] alongside | | | rogue personnel that threaten the | | | safety of others.* | | | | | | *Security may terminate personnel | | | if in the best interest of the | | | Foundation (i.e. rogues, FP | | | obstructing RC, using SCPs).* | | | | | | *Security may warn-shot personnel | | | if there are no other ways of | | | otherwise warning them.* | | | | | | *Security should only combat cuff | | | CDs that are DFSC.* | | +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ §6.1 - NPC Vendor ----------------- +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ | SD Vendor - Finch | | +===================================+===================================+ | | Security may buy the following | | | weaponry located nearby Omicron | | | Spawn: | | | | | | **Firearms** | | | | | | - M4A1 \| 250 Credits | | | | | | - Mossberg 590 \| 150 Credits | | | | | | - Sig MCX \| 150 Credits | | | | | | **Tools** | | | | | | - Tear Gas - 25 Credits | | | | | | - Smoke Grenade - 25 Credits | +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ §7 - General Regulations ======================== §7.1 - Behavior & Communications -------------------------------- - - - - - - - - - §7.2 - SCP Interaction ---------------------- - - - - - - - - - - §7.3 - Uniform Regulations -------------------------- The following customization options are available and are mandatory to wear while on duty, and only apply to base SD members; [[Infiltrations]](https://docs.google.com/document/u/0/d/1Gs5WVkuipB8BJDQiz8dFQ_q7bEAS7Yx0UCUHv0Ivhrg/edit) last 30 minutes, and are conducted by The Horizon Initiative. They have no objectives. - Combatives should sufficiently staff every site and remain on alert for hostile activity. - SRU should prioritize response. [[Fireteams]](https://docs.google.com/document/d/14AQ1gHe6dvKlP2VqwC2Gdn5dhkyC3nI7KV_I3Goij1Y/edit) last 20 minutes, and are conducted by the Chaos Insurgency. They have a 6 hours cooldown, and have two objectives. If CI completes the Primary Objective, they win. If the Insurgency completes the Secondary Objective, it's a tie. Fireteams end early if both objectives are met. - SRU should prioritize active mobilization in preventing CI from completing the objectives. - CSU should prioritize locating themselves at all relevant sites to provide support. - MP should prioritize Phi and Clean Rooms defense. - Base SD should continue to station as usual. §9.9 - Special Protocols ------------------------ +-----------------------+-----------------------+-----------------------+ | **Blackout** | Site Evacuation | Oxygen Depletion | +=======================+=======================+=======================+ | Blackout turns off | If this protocol is | Oxygen Depletion may | | all the lights of the | activated, all | be called after a | | facility and is used | personnel (Including | Breakout has been | | as a tactical | Class-D) are to head | active for 45+ | | advantage for MTF. | to Installation | minutes. | | | Command Motorpool. | | | The protocol that was | | During this one, | | active prior to this | Security is to Ziptie | Security is to equip | | one is in effect\ | and Disarm CDs to | gas masks and | | *(i.e. If Red Heron | avoid conflict. | immediately head to | | was on before, Red | | the Primary Breach | | Heron procedures | | Shelter, alongside | | would apply still)* | | escorting civils with | | | | them to this one. | | | | | | | | Everyone outside of | | | | the Primary Shelter | | | | will die due to the | | | | oxygen being | | | | depleted. | +-----------------------+-----------------------+-----------------------+ §10 - Lockdown Regulations ========================== §10.1 - Lockdown Types ---------------------- There are two lockdown types: Hostage lockdowns lock all doors so that only subdivisions and MTF may access doors. Rogue lockdowns lock all doors so that only MP may access doors *(MP/SD Lt+ Only)* Rogue Lockdowns may be called at the discretion of law enforcement units.\ Hostage lockdowns may be called if a hostage situation is present at the discretion of the hostage handler. §10.2 - Lockdown Locations -------------------------- Lockdowns may only be called to preserve the safety of civil personnel/operations, for recontainment procedures, or any other procedures related to anomalies. CB has special regulations.\ All lockdowns have a set of permissions in-game, and for such shall only be called by those that can. §11 - Class-D Containment Zone Procedures ========================================= +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ | §12.1 - CDCZ Locations | | | ---------------------- | | +===================================+===================================+ |  | During normal operations (unless | | ====================== | requested/ordered | | | otherwise/escorting a test/in | | | active pursuit of a hostile | | | threat), Security Agent+ are to | | | guard the Class D Containment | | | Zone. | | | | | | CSU/SRU/MP/Sentry+ may dismiss | | | EMS from the guardline whenever | | | deemed necessary. | +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ | |  | | | ====================== | +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ | | The Deep Caverns are above and to | | | the right of the cell block | | | entrance. SD should only break CDCVA windows if responding to an emergency. ### Security must follow this hierarchy, and prioritize the highest positions before moving to the next one: +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ | | 5. | +===================================+===================================+ | | 1. | +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ | | 2. | +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ | | 3. | +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ | | 4. | +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ | §11.3 - Lockdowns & Lights | | | -------------------------- | | +===================================+===================================+ |  | Once a CB Lockdown is called, all | | | available Agent+ should move to | | | CB and force Class-D into their | | | cells. Class-D who are not in | | | their cells 30 seconds after the | | | lockdown has been authorized and | | | declared to Class-D shall be | | | terminated. Once the | | screens within the CDCZ display "Lockup", Security are to immediately | | instruct Class-D into their cells, and one combative shall go to each | | cell block tower. | | | | Security should issue warning shots so CDs go into their cells, | | followed by termination if they continue to not comply. Often during | | Lockup, Class-D enter their cells as per SD\'s orders to, just to | | exit them shortly after. Security is to terminate CDs that leave | | their cells after being instructed to head in/being terminated for | | not doing so. | | | | Those in the towers shall close the cells as soon as Sleep starts, | | accordingly as stated in the [subsection](#section-9) above.\ | | No matter what, all CDs are KOS during Sleep. SD can use this period | | to SC DFSCs. | | | | SD are to return to GL prior to Sleep ending if not manning towers. | +-----------------------------------------------------------------------+ +-----------------------------------------------------------------------+ | §11.5 - Supervised Confinement | | ------------------------------ | +-----------------------------------------------------------------------+ - - - - - - - - - These are the commands used at terminals/tablets to manage strikes: *Issue strikes* *strike \* ------------------ -------------------------------------------- *Remove strikes* *unstrike \ \* *Instantly DFSC* *dfsc \ \* +-----------------------------------------------------------------------+ | §11.6 - Termination Criteria | | ---------------------------- | +-----------------------------------------------------------------------+ The following are the procedures on dealing with Class-D misconduct and additional situations allowing the use of force. - Fails to adhere to any order given by SC-4+, Ethics Committee, testing & event personnel, or combative personnel - *This can apply to Class-D spamming their Defibrillator as well (should they have already been told to stop),.* - *SD may issue an "Order to Disperse" to any Class-D hinting at a potential riot. An example is at any manhole, whether they're open or not. An Order to Disperse is simply ordering Class-D to separate from each other ( ie. "Disperse." ).* - *SD may issue orders against behavior that significantly disrupts their duties (e.g. jumping by the termination line repeatedly, levitating high above the ground using emotes in the guardline, etc.) If it's obvious what the CD is being warned for, a simple warning shot to the ground is sufficient - verbal confrontation may be distracting and risky.* **\[ Verbal Warning\* -\> Warning Shot\* -\> Termination \]** - Posing a threat to Supervised Confinement procedures by following the confining SD or by possibly threatening the procedures otherwise **\[ Warning Shot\* -\> Termination \]** - Fails to adhere to any order given by SC-4+, the Ethics Committee, the Internal Security Service, or any combative personnel in any situation that would be reasonably considered urgent, life-threatening, or otherwise emergent **\[ Termination \]** - Stacks on top of another **\[ Warning Shot\* -\> Termination \]** - Drops items over the guardline **\[ Warning Shot\* -\> Termination \]** - Climbs/goes on top of an object in order to commit another Class D violation (especially trespassing) **\[ Warning Shot\* -\> Termination \]** - Crosses/touches the red termination line or otherwise trespasses into restricted areas - *At least a part of their body must cross/touch/pass over the termination line.* - *Crossing/touching via emoting results in the same punishment as normally crossing the line.* - *Pushing others on/over the red termination line warrants termination. The pushed Class-D shouldn't be terminated if they immediately move back.* **\[ Termination \]** - Heals a rioting Class-D *(Merely scanning with a medgun is allowed. Avoid killing the person; you don't need to hit them.* *Class-D Medics are not authorized to cross the guardline to heal combatives.* *Class D personnel are obliged to move away to allow the termination of a rioter - SD will not be held accountable if the rioter uses these as meatshields ending in their termination via crossfire.* +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ | §11.7 - Juggernauts | | | ------------------- | | +===================================+===================================+ |  | Juggernauts have a bulky armor, | | | as shown.
