Study the logical movement of the diners to prevent crisscrossing, thereby avoiding traffic and making service prompt and efficient Dining Area - It is a space in a home or restaurant where people eat meals. It typically includes a table and chairs and can be separate rooms or integrated into other living spaces. Table setting or laying the table, otherwise known as a place setting, refers to setting the table with tableware, such as-eating utensils for serving and eating. The arrangement for a single diner is called a place setting. How a table will set depends on: The style of service desired The food to be served The number of people who will dine The type of table appointments to be used Standard Operating Procedure - It is a set of written instructions that document a routine activity within your company.
