Mouth- to speak the truth, discuss knowledge, and speak wisdom to students. 7. **FEET**- to walk with the students, explore the surroundings and discover new knowledge and information 8. **NOSE**- to breath deeply and relax when feeling tired and pressured. THE PROFESSIONAL TEACHER ======================== - The Teachers Professional and Personal relationships with others are governed with various laws such as: The Code of Ethics for Professional Teachers, Batas Pambansa 232, and Magna Carta for Public School Teachers. - Teachers provide personal, caring attitudes to the students by diagnosing their needs and by planning, selecting and using methods and evaluation procedures designed to promote effective learning. - The process of teaching includes understanding and adhering to legal and legislated frameworks and policies by developing understanding of the social regard for learning, learning environment, diversity of learners, curriculum, planning, assessing and reporting, community linkages and professional growth and personal development. - The National Competency-Based Teacher Standards (NCBTS) is a professional development guide for teachers. It is a theoretical framework that defines the various dimensions of effective teaching and the aspects of teacher professional development.
