PATTERNS OF MEDIA DEVELOPMENT INNOVATION STAGE Innovation is the introduction of new media technologies or formats that change how information is created and consumed. PENETRATION STAGE Penetration occurs when the new media technology becomes widely adopted and integrated into daily life. PEAK STAGE Peak is the stage where the media technology reaches its highest level of popularity and influence. DECLINE STAGE Decline happens when the media technology starts to lose popularity and relevance, often due to new innovations or changing consumer preferences. ADAPTATION STAGE Adaptation involves media technologies evolving or merging to remain relevant in the face of new challenges or opportunities. EMERGING TECHNOLOGIES ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE Artificial Intelligence (AI) refers to systems designed to perform tasks that typically require human intelligence. This includes learning, reasoning, and problem-solving. WEARABLE TECHNOLOGY Wearable Technology involves devices that can be worn on the body to monitor or interact with various aspects of life. 3D TECHNOLOGY AND HOLOGRAMS 3D Technology creates three- dimensional representations of objects, while holograms use light patterns to project 3D images into space.
