When working in a group, important to recognize typical group dynamics in team situations: forming, storming, norming, performing, ending. Attributes of Group Work Individuals bring different styles, attributes, and backgrounds to group situations Individuals are responsible for their own learning and outcomes (plagiarism does not = “group work”), however, team members are interdependent, with different roles.
