E.g. clothing They are instructions that help laundry washers and dry cleaners, while cleaning clothes and other textile articles for their consumers. They also serves as guidelines to consumers for increasing the life of products and the prevention of damage to a garment. www.knust.edu.gh CARE AND MAINTENANCE CONT’D Care Labels The products included under mandatory standards about textiles include clothing, household textiles, apparel, furnishings, bedding, and mattresses.
