Wundt(Voont)extracted Psychology to Philosophy because he was analyzing the workings of the mind in a more structured way, with the emphasis being on objectives measurement and control. Father of psychology OBJECTIVE INSTROSPECTION – the process of objectively examining and measuring one’s own thought and mental activities.  Schools of Thought in Psychology There are 5 schools of thought in the field of Psychology that emerged on 1800s.
