This term was originally coined by the US military to describe the post-Cold War era in the 1990s Volatility refers to the speed and magnitude of changes in the environment Uncertainty refers to the lack of predictability or the inability to know what will happen next Complexity refers to the interdependence and interconnectedness of various systems and factors. Ambiguity refers to the lack of clarity or the existence of multiple meanings or interpretations. Global Communication enabled individuals and businesses worldwide to communicate and share information with each other Economic Growth enabled businesses to expand globally, increasing economic growth and development. Education ICT has revolutionized the way education is delivered, making it easier for individuals to access education from anywhere in the world. Globalization of Knowledge ICT has made it possible to share knowledge and expertise across borders. Cultural Exchange enabled people from different cultures and backgrounds to connect and interact with each other. Critical thinking and problem-solving: The ability to analyze information, evaluate arguments, and make informed decisions.
