PRTC proprietary 3 9/20/2024 Learning Outcomes  Dealers and key personnel are able to provide early / initial assistance before the police arrive on the scene  Dealers and key personnel are able to calm the victim down, as well as know the necessary emergency numbers to call the authorities  Know what / where / when to do in the event of emergency using the ‘Pelan Carta Aliran’ SOIT Module for Petron Service Station reference and training purposes ONLY. PRTC proprietary 4 9/20/2024 Dealer Roles and Responsibilities  Provide early assistance, shelter and rest area to victims  To calm and assist the victim. Should there be any light injuries, dealer / staff to give first aid as deemed necessary  Contact the relevant authorities e.g Police / Ambulance / Fire & Safety Department (BOMBA) to report the incident  Provide prompt report on incident to TM  Record all GTSP incidents and police periodic visit in the logbook  CCTV with minimum 2MP resolution and archive CCTV recording for a minimum of 7 days  To furnish and display PDRM GTSP and Safe Cam Partnership stickers at the designated spot/s  Build good rapport with OCS / OCPD (local police)  To provide PDRM immediate access to CCTV audio visual record to assist them in their investigation SOIT Module for Petron Service Station reference and training purposes ONLY. PRTC proprietary 5 9/20/2024 GTSP – ‘Carta Aliran Pelan Tindakan’ Poster (Indoor) 1. Calm the victim and offer a seat for the victim to rest 2. Call the relevant authorities - PDRM / Ambulance / BOMBA 3. Assess if victim has injuries 4. If victim has serious injuries, contact the Ambulance immediately 5. If it is a crime victim, call the Police and hand the victim over to PDRM 6. Note the incident details in the GTSP Log Book 7. PRTC proprietary 9 9/20/2024 Basic Minimum for First Aid Kit 10 9/20/2024 Basic Requirement – De-stress Corner  It is a requirement for GTSP sites to have a dedicated de-stress corner  De-stress corner should have a chair and table or if there is limited space, a portable foldable chair  De-stress corner must not be near the cashier counter  Best to have de-stress corner within visible range of CCTV SOIT Module for Petron Service Station reference and training purposes ONLY. He sat at the side of the c-store and he started to vomit. Station manager offered to take the elderly man to the de-stress corner inside the c-store but he refused. He did not want to move from his spot and was breathing very heavily.
