Failure to do so implies plagiarism. “Possible punishments may include a grade of 0 or F on the particular assignment, failure of the entire course, dismissal from the program and/or dismissal for the college system.” 2. This homework assignment consists of: a. Hand-written correct answer and/or the explanation(s) as to why it is the correct answer b. Include page number of where you found your answer. PowerPoint Slide Numbers Not accepted. 3. This is to be done on an individual basis, honor system. I will NOT accept any typed, copied assignments, or those assignments without a designated student’s name. Electronic app typing program will NOT be accepted. 4. Upon completion of the assignment, the student would have earned either full, half, or zero credit. a. Full credit: Handwritten answers for each and all Answers for Review Questions are correctly numbered and answered with correct page number. i. Full credit for EACH question/objective must meet the following 4 requirements: 1) hand handwritten answer 2) chronological and numbered 3) answered correctly 4) page number where the answer can be found in the required textbook b. Half credit: to receive half credit, the minimum questions answered must be at least half of the required questions and meet full compliance for each question (4 parts) c. Zero credit: less than half of required learning objectives, failure to follow any of the directions, or failure to turn in the assignment. 5. Due date: Module 5 Exam before 9 a.m. a. Repeat attempts to upload your assignment are allowed PRIOR to the due date and time. NO early grading. b. Check your Uploaded File before you submit it to review and ensure it is in correct format (PDF, answers are numbered, in chronological order, and with correct textbook page number) 6. Canvas submission: a. The assignment must be uploaded into the correct Assignment tab in prior to the start of the module exam by the student as ONE (1) PDF file with your answers in chronological order. Otherwise, it will not get graded. Multiple files uploaded will NOT be graded. If re-upload is after the due date, then will count as “Late” Check your file after you upload to ensure it is the correct format (chronical order with correct answers and page numbers) b. Uploading into incorrect assignment tab area will not be graded and can be marked as “late” or assigned a zero (0). Any items missing or incomplete answers will be graded as zero credit for the corresponding question. c. The assignment must include your name. Any assignment missing your first and last name will NOT be graded and assigned a grade of zero (0) but is eligible for “late” resubmission. d. Assignments submitted must be legible, readable, good quality file (upright and centered), and not corrupted. Any file unable to meet these requirements including any file that cannot be opened by the instructor to grade will be assigned a grade of zero(0) but is eligible for “late” resubmission. Therefore, Check your file before final submission. e. Any assignments turned in after the due date and time; is marked “late”. Any “late” assignments past the due date and/or time uploaded into Canvas can still be accepted by the instructor. Late assignments will be credited at 50% of the final assignment grade. f. Ten (10) additional points deduction for subsequent and each day, each 24 hours afterwards from the original due date and time. E.g. if turned on the 3rd day after the due date and time, then 30 points are deducted from the late and full compliance assignment of 50, then the final written recorded grade is twenty (20).
