**How to drop or transfer a learner** This facility is for admin only. If you accidentally enrolled a learner in your class, just inform the admin to drop it from your class. **How to drop or transfer a learner** This facility is for admin only. If you accidentally enrolled a learner in your class, just inform the admin to drop it from your class. After dropping the learner (by Admin), the class adviser can now enroll the correct learner. To transfer a learner, just inform the admin. **How to Edit or Delete grades** This facility is for admin only. If the card has been released to the parents or the lock date has been activated, the adviser is now required to secure a form explaining the reason to delete the grade/s. **Before lock date**, the adviser can still edit the grade. **After lock date**, the adviser can no longer edit the grades. The adviser is now required to secure a form duly signed by the school head.
