Explain the importance of balance and three (3) practical ways to achieve it. (5 marks) * List what you value, your goals and priorities and your personal resources. Identify your activities, commitments, expectations and personal needs. Using this information, develop a personal plan of action to balance your life. (15 marks) * Summarize three (3) strategies you might use to maintain balance in your life.
