    Inserting a Table

    • There are three methods to insert a table in MS Word.
      • Method 1 (Grid): Click and drag to select the desired number of columns and rows. Maximum 10 columns and 8 rows.
      • Method 2 (Insert Table dialog box): Use the Insert Table option, specify the number of columns and rows, and click OK.
      • Method 3 (Draw Table): Use the Draw Table option to draw the table's boundary, then create columns and rows within.
