- There are three types of training: Induction, On the job, and Off the job
Induction Training

On the Job Training

- It can occur in three ways:
- Watching another worker: New employees learn by observing another worker.
- Mentoring: Workers are given tasks and can ask questions to learn from a mentor.
- Job rotation: Employees rotate through different departments or jobs for flexibility and to make work more interesting.
On the Job: Advantages and Drawbacks
- Advantages:

- Easy to organize
- Output is produced simultaneously
- Drawbacks:
