Indications
- Approved for treating major depression, panic disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, and social anxiety disorder.

- Works by inhibiting presynaptic neuronal reuptake of norepinephrine and serotonin.
Administration and Absorption
- Administered orally (PO).
- Approximately 92% is absorbed by the gastrointestinal tract.

- 27% bound to plasma proteins.
