- The URLs section allows inputting website links for the chatbot to learn from, importing data for later use.
- The chatbot scans website data and imports it to the knowledge data to understand the business better.
- It is recommended to use the URLs feature after completing the FAQs and Articles sections.
How to Use the URLs Section
- Copy and paste a website link into the text box and click the "Add URL" button for the bot to learn.
- Status icons indicate the learning progress of the chatbot:
- Clock icon: Chatbot is currently learning.
- Checkmark icon: Website data is completely learned and stored in the Knowledge Base.
- X icon: Data extraction failed and requires re-attempting.
- Selected links can be deleted by ticking the box and clicking the bin icon.
- The "Recrawl All URLs" button updates website data without re-inputting the URLs.
Overlapped URLs
- An "Overlapped" status indicates content overlaps with previously created content in the FAQs or Articles section.
- To resolve overlaps:
- Click the "Overlapped" column.
- In the pop-up, navigate to the "Knowledge Base" tab.
- Four columns are displayed to help modify data.
- Checkboxes allow manual selection for removing unnecessary data.
- The Question-Answer column shows imported website data; a purple "Overlapped" label indicates multiple answers for one question.
- The Status column filters data by "In review (overlapped)" or "imported."
- The Action column allows to import data, edit content, or delete content.
- Clicking on overlapped content opens a pop-up tab to read and edit the content, determining the best answer to questions.
- Click "Save changes" to apply modifications.
