How to Use the URLs Section

  • Copy and paste a website link into the text box and click the "Add URL" button for the bot to learn.
  • Status icons indicate the learning progress of the chatbot:
    • Clock icon: Chatbot is currently learning.
    • Checkmark icon: Website data is completely learned and stored in the Knowledge Base.
    • X icon: Data extraction failed and requires re-attempting.
  • Selected links can be deleted by ticking the box and clicking the bin icon.
  • The "Recrawl All URLs" button updates website data without re-inputting the URLs.

Overlapped URLs

  • An "Overlapped" status indicates content overlaps with previously created content in the FAQs or Articles section.
