EXAM INFORMATION
- Exam 2 for Sociology 101 will be on Friday 11/22.
- The exam will last 60 minutes, either on Canvas or on paper in class.
- The Canvas exam opens at 10:35, but time limit remains 60 minutes; no pausing.
- Paper tests must be requested in advance. Attendance will be taken if taking the test in class.
- The exam is open book, open notes, open slides, but no internet use, Quizlet, ChatGPT, translating services, or cell phones.
- Students must stay in the classroom until the end of class.
- Cheating will be handled severely.
- The exam covers lecture/video/recitation material, focusing on the concepts listed on the review sheet.
- No recitations during exam week.
- The exam consists of multiple-choice and true/false questions approximately 40-50 questions.
- Different versions of the exam will be used to prevent cheating.
- Two review sessions will be held on Canvas Chat. Review will be for clarifications after students have attempted to answer on their own. Specific questions will not be answered. Chats will be saved and archived.
- Review sessions times and dates are provided.
