- Each Opportunity should be linked to one or more Opportunity Products, representing the discussed products/solutions.
- An Opportunity can have up to five Opportunity Products linked to it. If more than five exist, create a new Opportunity.
- Separate Opportunities should be created if the Opportunity Products are managed by distinct roles.
- Record interaction notes in CRM on the same day of the interaction for compliance. Mobile Lending Managers can record notes the following day.
- Design and Distribution Obligations (DDO) and No Hawking information are required on the Opportunity Product screen once the Sales Status is changed to Closed/Won.
