Fundamentación or Justification

• The project's justification should consider both technical and political reasons, including the project's origin, objectives, and context.
• Technical reasons should address the project's objectives, needs, and problems, while political reasons should reference political plans, declarations, and existing programs.

Project Strategy

• The project's strategy should outline the actions necessary to achieve its objectives, including the resources required and the approach to be taken.
• The strategy should be logical, feasible, and aligned with the project's objectives and context.

Project Location and Coverage

• The project's location should be specified at both macro and micro levels, including geographical area, region, city, or neighborhood.
• The project's coverage should define the spatial area or zone where the project will be implemented, including its services and influence.

Determining Plazos or Calendar of Activities

• The project's calendar should outline the duration of each activity, including the start and end dates, and the resources required.

Financial Determination
