Pastoral Care

• Provide emotional and spiritual support to congregation members

Preaching and Teaching

Church Governance

• Oversee and implement church policies and procedures

• Ensure compliance with AME Church regulations and traditions
• Foster a culture of accountability and transparency

Community Outreach

• Develop and implement outreach programs to engage the local community
• Build relationships with local organizations and leaders
• Identify and address community needs and concerns

Administrative Duties

• Manage church staff and volunteers
