Nissan Assistance will arrange for a qualified service provider to help you, but you cannot arrange your own assistance and claim reimbursement.

You can update your ownership details by contacting a Nissan authorized center.

You can cancel Nissan Assistance at any time, but you won't get a refund.

To apply for assistance, contact Nissan Assistance as soon as possible after an event occurs.

By accepting the service, the Beneficiary is required to inspect the vehicle thoroughly and ensure all issues are resolved before taking delivery.

Nissan Assistance will provide the necessary services as per the service order mentioned in the service form and the Beneficiary grants permission to operate the vehicle for the purpose of providing the requested services.

The Beneficiary is required to have valid comprehensive motor insurance to cover any accidents or losses while the services are being provided.
