- Assistance is available for 5 years from the warranty start date.
- Coverage includes roadside support like tire replacement, towing, fuel delivery, battery jump starts, lockout assistance, and journey continuation in certain circumstances.
- Assistance is available at the place of immobilization, as long as repair is possible without transferring the car.
- If a repair on-site isn't possible, towing to the nearest authorized Nissan service center is provided up to USD 150.
- A preferred dealer or repairer can be specified, and if accepted, towing costs are covered up to USD 150.
- Vehicle removal is available up to twice per year for certain circumstances.
- Fuel delivery (up to 10 liters) is covered if the vehicle runs out of fuel.
- Battery jump starts are performed by technicians approved by Nissan Assistance.
- Lockout assistance involving a locksmith is available if keys are locked inside the vehicle.

Benefits of Nissan Assistance

- Towing the vehicle to a specific dealer if requested by beneficiary, up to USD 150 tow costs. Second tow costs if dealer rejects the vehicle will be paid for by the beneficiary.
- Vehicle removal (up to two times per year) for certain situations.
- Fuel delivery (up to 10 liters).

- Lockout assistance (with a locksmith).
- Journey continuation support (taxi service) within city limits.
- Hotel accommodation (up to 4-star standards, for up to 3 days and up to USD 100 per night).

Exclusions
- Assistance may not be available for certain or any damages due to fraudulent acts, consequential loss, natural disasters, terrorism, actions by armed forces, radioactivity, vehicle driver issues (being under influence of drugs or alcohol, not having a license, and/or violating regulations), the carriage of persons or animals or objects, and fuel minerals, competitions, rallies, or trials..
- Some repairs/assistance/costs aren't covered, like those arranged by the beneficiary without prior consent, personal property damage (fire), food and beverages, and added transportation costs when hotels are required.
- Minor mechanical failures, flat tires with a spare are available, battery issues (where the vehicle can still operate, and cosmetic damages like cracked bumpers.
