Nissan Assistance Benefits Summary
- On-Site Support: Nissan Assistance covers on-site repairs for immobilization due to flat tires, dead batteries, gear/steering issues, or vehicle lockouts, if repairable. Labor and technician travel costs are included, but parts and materials are excluded. Coverage applies to parking lots, streets, and roads. The vehicle must be unable to be driven to a repair shop.
Towing
- Nissan Assistance provides vehicle towing to the nearest authorized Nissan service center if on-site repair is not possible.
- The beneficiary can specify a preferred dealer. Towing costs up to USD 150 are covered. Additional costs exceeding USD 150 are the beneficiary's responsibility. The chosen dealer must accept the vehicle. If refused, the beneficiary bears the second towing cost.
Vehicle Removal
- Assistance covers vehicle removal from a roadside accident (overturning, getting stuck), up to two times per year, if the vehicle is in accessible condition and the off-road retrieval point is within 10KM of the nearest road.
- Maximum cost: USD 300 for crane use. Costs exceeding the limit are the beneficiary's responsibility.
Fuel Delivery
- Nissan Assistance provides up to 10 liters of fuel if the vehicle runs out of fuel, within the coverage area.
Battery Jump Start
- Nissan Assistance provides battery jump-starting services using Nissan-approved technicians.
Vehicle Lockout
- Nissan Assistance provides locksmith services for locked-in keys, covering the locksmith's labor costs.
Tire Replacement
- Nissan Assistance replaces a flat tire using a spare and Nissan-approved technicians. The spare, jack and tools must be present and functional. Parts and materials remain excluded.
Journey Continuation
- Assistance provides taxis for continuing journeys or returning home post an accident or breakdown within city limits, maximum 2 times within one year.
Accommodation
- Nissan Assistance covers 4-star hotel accommodations up to USD 100 per night for up to three days, if the vehicle needs repair longer than 24 hours. Confirmation from the dealer is required to validate the need. Assistance extends to immediate family members travelling with the beneficiary.
Return Travel Costs (Repatriation)
- If vehicle repair takes more than 72 hours, Nissan Assistance covers return transport for the beneficiary and the vehicle, to their usual place of residence. Requires dealer confirmation. Assistance applies to immediate family members.
Service Pickup (Routine Maintenance)
- Free pickup and drop-off for routine maintenance is offered up to 2 times per year. It's important to contact the dealer 24 hours in advance. This service is not carried over to the following year. Availability dependent. Terms and conditions apply.
