  • Two authorizations are provided for personnel exchange program billets in the TFMMS.

• Additional Duty Authorization Details:

  • 50% of personnel time must be dedicated to the primary activity for personnel with additional duty authorizations.
  • Priority 2 designated positions expire annually.

• Personnel Exchange Program:
