• Workflow can be created with or without configuring a connector
• Two types of variables: capture and user input/process

• General information such as name and description should be entered to distinguish the workflow from others
• Destination connector or scan to script should be selected and specific information should be provided
• Processing steps such as barcode, OCR, and highlighter extraction can be applied to documents
• Scan settings such as resolution, sides, and color can be selected and locked or modified by users
• User input fields can be defined and rearranged to collect information from terminal users
• Roles should be provided with access to the workflow
• Workflow should be tested before providing access to other users
