- The Manager Standards and Certificates is responsible for revising, obtaining revisions, proposing revisions, and uploading quality manuals to the ST Portal.
- Other departments can propose revised text for approval.
- The Repair Station and Quality Control Manual (RS&QCM) and Capability List are accepted by GACA.
- The Training Program Manual (TPM) and the Contracted Maintenance Function List (CMFL) are approved by GACA.
- ST must revise manuals and seek GACA approval/acceptance to keep them current.
