### Manual Control Procedures

Saudia Technic (ST) quality manuals are approved by the VP Safety and Quality Assurance or the Director Safety and Quality Assurance.
The Safety and Quality Assurance department is responsible for revising and distributing the manuals.
The Manager Standards and Certificates is responsible for revising, obtaining revisions, proposing revisions, and uploading quality manuals to the ST Portal.
Other departments can propose revised text for approval.
The Repair Station and Quality Control Manual (RS&QCM) and Capability List are accepted by GACA.
The Training Program Manual (TPM) and the Contracted Maintenance Function List (CMFL) are approved by GACA.
ST must revise manuals and seek GACA approval/acceptance to keep them current.
Organization Heads of applicable Repair Station departments are responsible for ensuring their personnel have easy access to controlled electronic copies of the manuals and are familiar with their contents.
The GACA RS&QCM is a GACA accepted manual and its revision is controlled.
Proposals to revise the GACA RS&QCM must be submitted to the VP Safety and Quality Assurance for compliance checks and incorporation.
The GACA TPM is GACA approved and its revision is controlled.
Proposals to revise the GACA TPM must be submitted to the VP Safety and Quality Assurance for compliance checks and incorporation.
The Director Safety and Quality Assurance handles electronic copy manuals and authorizes specialists to upload current authorized electronic quality system manuals to the ST Portal.
All ST employees have access to view electronic copy manuals via the ST Portal using their assigned PRN and employee-controlled password.
