    Luggage Booking Procedure

    • Summary Preparation: A luggage summary is created by station staff. Details about the booking, including the name and number of packages and the weight are recorded.
    • Verification: The guard verifies and documents the luggage booking.
    • Handing Over: Copies of the summary and luggage ticket are handed to the guard.
    • Station details: The station origination, destination, route, and date of booking are documented. This summary will also include the luggage ticket number, description of the packages, and weight. The summary and the luggage ticket copy are handed over to the guard.
    • Additional Information: The summary form should include the date, name of booking station, name of destination station, route, luggage ticket number, and any remarks.
