  • Consolidated copies, whether print or electronic, are considered evidence of the statute and its contents.
  • Copies are deemed authentic unless proven otherwise.

  • Board: The Canada Industrial Relations Board, established under Section 9.
  • External adjudicator: A person appointed according to Subsection 12.001(1).
