Premium and Overtime Pay for Holiday and Rest Day Work
- Except for certain employees (Section 2), those who work on special holidays or designated rest days not on regular holidays receive an additional 30% of their regular wage as premium pay.
- For work exceeding 8 hours on special holidays and rest days not on regular holidays, employees receive additional overtime pay equivalent to their rate for the first 8 hours plus at least 30% of that rate.
