Examination Structure
- Semester Internal Examination (SIE): 25 marks, 20 short answer type and 5 short answer type questions.
- Group A: 5 very short answer questions (1 mark each).
- Group B: 2 descriptive questions (10 marks each), choose one.
- Internal Assessment: Consists of a Semester Internal Assessment Test (SIA) of 10 marks and Class Attendance Score (CAS) of 5 marks. Attendance scores are converted based on attendance percentage.

End Semester Examination (ESE): 75 marks, Group A: compulsory, containing three questions.
- Question 1 (short answer, 1 mark each, 5 qs)
- Question 2 & 3 (short answer, 5 marks each)
- Group B: 6 descriptive questions, choose 4 (15 marks each).
- Theory: 60 lectures.
- Pass Marks: Theory (SIE + ESE) - 40 marks.
