Macronutrients: प्रमाणिक प्राणितात्मक विशेषताएं (pramāṇik prāṇitātmake vishēṣatā) हैं, जो शरीर के लिए अधिक तथा महत्वपूर्ण प्राणित का परिवर्तन करते हैं, जैसे कर्भ, मैक्रोनयूट्रिएंट्स और पानी।
- Carbohydrates: कार्बह्यडेट (karbhayādete) या छोरीये हैं जो शरीर के लिए वितमिनों और रूगनिक प्राणित के लिए एक महत्वपूर्ण स्रोत हैं।
- Proteins: प्रोटीन (prōtīn) हैं शरीर के लिए बनीज़ वितमिनों और प्राणित के लिए महत्वपूर्ण प्राणित जो मांस, मूर्ख गृह, मूफ़्त, पानी पाक और अनेक अन्य प्रकार से मिलते हैं।
