    • Purpose: Establish operating guidelines for communications between Fire Departments and Southwest Regional Communications Center.

    Procedures for Medical Calls

    • Medical calls shall be dispatched on FD Dispatch.
    • All communications for medical calls shall remain on FD Dispatch, unless:
      • A fireground channel is requested by the on-scene units.
      • A fireground channel is assigned by Dispatch.

    Procedures for Fire Calls

    • Fire calls shall be dispatched on FD Dispatch.
