Excalibur 7.1+ Setup

Bins: Need pre-setup with optional fields (Environment, Zone Code, Bin Ranking, Max Quantity, Storage Unit, Level, Depth, Section) to guide the Directed Bin recommendation.
- Bin Ranking uses numerical values (higher number = lower priority).
- Max Quantity and Storage Unit define bin capacity.
