Activating and Rolling Out a Custom Home Page

  • After creating a custom Home page, users must activate it before it can be seen by others.
  • Activating a Home page provides three options: making it the default for everyone in the org, the default for an app, or assigning it to one or more app and profile combinations.
  • Assigning a custom Home page to a specific profile, such as System Administrator, allows users with that profile to access a page designed specifically for their role.
