- Duties may vary depending on the branch base.
Essential Functions
- Greets, directs, and assists customers.
- Communicates professionally and effectively.
- Provides prompt, efficient, and accurate service for transactions, issues, and inquiries.
- Displays commitment to customer satisfaction and ensures excellent service by following the Katahdin Trust Customer Service Manual.
- Establishes, grows, and retains customer relationships by providing excellent service and assisting customers with appropriate products and services.
- Participates in developing and fostering branch growth strategies.
- Invests in continued self-learning for personal and professional growth.
- Performs additional duties as assigned which may include assisting other departments.
- Complies with all bank policies, laws, and regulations.
Skills/Experience/Training Qualifications
- Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
- Requires customer service skills.
- Must be flexible and able to adapt to changing working conditions.

- Prior banking experience is preferred.
