Group A

Kamikaze

• 30 ml Vodka, 15 ml triple sec, 15 ml lime juice
• Shake ingredients, strain into a chilled cocktail or rock glass, and garnish with a lime wheel

Cosmopolitan

• 1 oz Smirnoff Red, 1 ½ oz Lime Juice, ½ oz Triple Sec, 1 ½ oz Cranberry Juice
• Shake and strain in a Martini glass, garnish with a red cherry

Side Car

• 1 oz Soberano Brandy, ½ oz Lime Juice, ½ oz Triple Sec
• Shake and strain in a cocktail glass, garnish with a slice of lime and cherry

Margarita

• 1 ½ oz Cuervo white, 1 ½ oz Lime Juice, ½ oz Triple sec
• Serve in a margarita glass with a salted rim, garnish with a slice of lemon

Group B

Gibson

• 30ml gin, ½ bar spoon dry vermouth
• Add gin and vermouth to a cocktail shaker with ice
• Shake well, strain into a chilled martini glass, garnish with onions

Vodka Martini

• 30ml Vodka, ½ bar spoon Dry vermouth, 3 olives
• Combine vodka and dry vermouth in a mixing glass with ice, stir until chilled.
• Strain into a chilled martini, garnish with 3 olives on a toothpick

Dry Martini

• 30 ml London dry gin, ½ oz dry vermouth
• Green olive for garnish
• In mixing glass filled with ice, combine gin and vermouth, stir well, strain into chilled martini glass and garnish with olive or lemon twist

Group C

Manhattan

• 1 oz Bourbon whiskey, ½ oz sweet vermouth, dash of Angostura bitter
• Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice, stir until chilled, strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and garnish with a Maraschino cherry

Rob Roy

• 1 ½ oz Scotch whiskey, ¾ oz sweet vermouth, 1 to 2 dashes of bitters (to taste) Combine ingredients in a cocktail glass mixer filled with ice.
• Stir well, strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and garnish with a Maraschino cherry

Perfect Manhattan

• 1 oz bourbon whiskey, ½ oz sweet vermouth, ½ oz dry vermouth, dash of Angostura bitter
• Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice
• Stir until chilled, strain into a chilled cocktail glass

Negroni

• 1 oz Gin, 1 oz sweet vermouth, 1 oz Campari, Orange twist or slice, garnish
• In an old-fashioned glass filled with ice pour the gin, vermouth, and Campari.
• Gently squeeze an orange twist or slice over the glass and add it as a garnish.
