Cancellation
- Named Insured Cancellation: Cancels by mailing or delivering advance written notice.
- Company Cancellation: Cancels with written notice at least 10 days before the effective date for non-payment of premium, and 30 days otherwise.
- Effective Date: The policy period ends on the cancellation date.
- Refunds: Pro-rata refunds are issued, or if the first named insured cancels, the refund may be less than pro-rata.
Policy Conditions

Cancellation and Non-renewal (Kansas)
- Named Insured Cancellation: Can cancel at any time by returning the policy with effective date or providing written notice.
- Company Cancellation: Cancels with 10-day notice for non-payment of premium, 60-day notice otherwise, after 90 days.
- Non-renewal: Insurer can non-renew with 60-day advanced notice.
- Notice: Notice of cancellation or non-renewal should state the effective date of cancellation and the reason for the action.
