  • Policy Objective: To maintain a professional, respectful, and safe workplace free of offensive, inappropriate, or harassing conduct.

Unacceptable Conduct

  • Definition: Any action viewed negatively or offensively by co-workers, other city employees, or the public.

    • Interference with unit readiness/responsiveness to emergencies.

Sexual Misconduct
