Calibrator Transfer and Calibration Process
- Transfer calibrators to 2 mL or 4 mL sample cups.
- Place cups in a 4 mL sample rack.
- Replenish CA Clean I solution and load fresh, room temperature OVB.
- Change the Test Group to view the test needing calibration.
- Select "Standard Curve" > "Select Test" > "select parameter" > verify lot numbers from the Main Menu.
- Select "Standard Analysis" > enter calibrator value.
- Scan the 2D barcode and press "Register".
- Accept calibration, select "Set", and print the results.
- Perform quality control (QC) checks.
