- Purpose: The bank is changing its EAP service provider from Exponential EAP-India Private Limited (EAP-India) to Truworth Health Technologies Private Limited (Truworth Wellness), effective July 20, 2024.
- Previous Provider: The previous EAP provider was EAP-India.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
- New Provider: Truworth Wellness
- Benefits: The new EAP program provides emotional and physical support for employees and dependents (spouse, children).
- Services: Includes free counseling (up to four sessions), covering various issues like anxiety, depression, stress, and family problems. All information is confidential.
- Modes of Counseling:
- Face-to-face counselling in various locations
- Audio/video counselling via the app
- 24/7 helpline (1800-309-8108) for immediate support from therapists/counsellors
- Unlimited chat counselling via app for immediate support
- Email support ([email protected]) for guidance and support requests.
EAP App and Services
- Digital Support: Truworth Wellness offers a wellness corner app for mental, emotional, and physical wellness support.
- Accessibility: The app is available on Android and iOS.
- Features: Includes various features to track mood, wellness programs, nutrition, fitness and much more.
- Registration: Employees should register through their official email IDs in HR Connect.
- Additional Benefits: Discounts on gym memberships, health checks, telemedicine, and access to wellness programs, as well as features including habit building, goal setting and tracking tools.
