  • Creates legal advertising and public hearing notices and tracks applications to ensure deadlines are met
  • Helps the Department Director with field data collection, documenting sites and posting for processing planning applications, and preparing reports
  • May prepare reports to the Planning Commission regarding Variances and Special Use
  • Supports Department Director with compliance and mailing documentation to transmit applications to local and state agencies and GIS providers for map updates

Minimum Qualifications
