Can be listed individually or they can be organized within folders. Users can set a diagram to be their own personal default, or the default for the system. Devices diagram folder is a system folder that is automatically generated. It can not be edited or deleted. Network diagram is automatically added to the library when it is generated in Vista. Use the Diagram Library to select the diagram you want to view. Generate, open, and close user diagrams as needed. Generating a network diagram The network diagram displays your entire power monitoring system by linking to individual default user diagrams that display data from each device in your system. When you generate a network diagram, Vista automatically locates all devices in your system and displays them. This diagram is saved with the default name “network.dgm”. Determine the primary display resolution. 2. Open Vista and create a new diagram using the Vista tools to create display objects and embedded graphics. 3. Save the diagram to...\Power Monitoring Expert\config\diagrams\ud or any subfolder in this location. 4. Add the custom diagram to the Diagram Library in the Diagrams web application. The main element of a Vista diagram is the background image. When working in Vista, keep in mind the following: There is no graphic rotate/flip option in Vista. The ordering of objects is limited to "Send to back". The use of text boxes and grouped objects in close proximity will affect navigation in some instances. An object's (for example, Numeric, Grouping, and so on) reference point is its upper left corner. It is recommended to use dedicated graphic editing tools to create the background images. CAD, Visio, MS Paint, Etc.
