To log in make sure you use: Login (1)login and password Sign in with Wordbee Your log in details can be found on your Project Info. Log-in Your login details can be found on your Project info. Select your project Click on “Select” to choose the project from the main menu. Select your Text file Click on “Conduct work” to choose the Text File. Select Text File Note: Status needs to appear as “In progress” to be able to edit. If it shows “Completed” the text will not allow any edits. Searching for strings Searching for strings Click on “Type text” to look for the specific string. Note: Make sure you have the correct language selected by clicking on the language code. (For example, en=English) OR click on the arrow, at the left of the search icon to apply filters. Searching for strings Note: You can directly search for a specific string by inputting a segment number as the game sometimes shows it instead of texts. Making an edit Click on the string you want to edit then type in your changes as logged on changelog. Note: The string ID is the number with that tag on the left. Validate a change After typing your changes, hold "Ctrl" and press "Enter" to validate them in the system. Note: A vertical thin green band appears at the left of the target language string after validation. Job Completed Once all the text edits are implemented click on “Completed”. Note: The jobs can all be closed from the PM account by clicking “Job Completed” Assigning linguists (PM) The text files can be assigned from the PM account clicking on “Set worker” then selecting the linguist for the task.
