# Awards This image shows a presentation slide about awards given to students. **Awards criteria:** * **Blue Badge:** 1 year of participation * **Silver Badge:** 2 years of consecutive participation * **Gold Badge:** 3 years of consecutive participation * **Junior Honours:** Awarded to Grade 8/9 students who excelled in a specific extra-curricular activity. * **Half Colours:** At least 3 years consecutive participation and excelling in a specific extra-curricular activity. * **Full Colours:** At least 4 years consecutive participation and tremendous excelling in a specific extra-curricular activity. * **Marist Award:** Awarded in Matric for 5 years consecutive participation. * **Trophy Awards:** Awarded each year at Award evenings for all grades. * **GOAL - BLUE BLAZER:** In Matric (At least 3 Half/Full Colours) OR * **Honours Blazer:** (1 full colour and at least 2 half colours with one academic half) **Note:** MERIT!
