Prepare a checklist of farm tools and equipment 2) Check the condition of farm tools and equipment 3) Label the farm tools and equipment that are functional and non- functional 4) Count the farm tools and equipment that are functional and non-functional 5) Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance 6) Record the actual count in the record book. 7.) Prepare an inventory report 8) File the result of the inventory.
