Among others states that; “communication is fundamental to all organizational activities”. Economist (1953):  The organizational revolution: A study in the ethics of economic organization. Communication Networks: Formal and informal structures through which information flows. 2. Leadership Communication: How leaders use communication to influence and guide organizational members. 3. Cultural Approaches: Understanding how organizational culture shapes communication patterns. 4. Organizational communications cover every management function. Organizational culture depends on communications. Organization Process: Communication in an organization flows through formal and informal pathways. Vertical communications flow up and down the corporate hierarchy. Horizontal communications flow between employees of the same level.
